Terms & Conditions Apply:

  • The buyer must sign an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement with Ideal Real Estate. The promotion is only available after the successful completion of that agreement.
  • The amount of the property purchase must be a minimum of $200,000. 
  • The Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement must be signed and the purchase must complete during the promotion period between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
  • The date of the vacation must be within twenty-four months from the date of the property possession. 
  • The vacation will be booked through one of the properties managed by Ideal Real Estate on AirBnB. There will be a booking fee, serving as a deposit, which will be refunded in full upon completing your stay without damage, noise complaints, or excess cleaning needed. The deposit will be the greater of $500 or 3 days of the daily rate based on the time of your booking.
  • If the buyer chooses to have a stay which exceeds the value of the vacation promotion, the buyer may pay for the additional stay length. 
  • Each showing day will be a single outing and have a maximum of 5 property viewings during that outing.
